Enviro Enablers converts waste into fuel for cement, power and FMCG — industries that run on trust. Our governance framework makes that trust measurable: every tonne traceable, every claim auditable, every interaction conducted with honesty and fairness.
Our policiesFrom the plant floor to the boardroom, the same standard applies: do the right thing, document it, and stand behind it.
Zero tolerance for bribery or corruption in any form — no gifts, favours or incentives that influence decisions.
Every plant and site operates with the required consents, registrations and filings — under Indian environmental, labour and tax law.
Waste handling, shredding and densification carry real risk. Our HSE programme protects our people and our customers’ sites.
A confidential whistleblower channel with no retaliation — concerns go straight to the board, not the grapevine.
Weighbridge slips, invoices and test reports are treated as sacred — protected, accurate and never altered.
Feedstock is sourced legally and ethically — from authorised waste streams and farmers paid fairly, never from theft or exploitation.
Equal opportunity, dignity at work and a strict zero-tolerance stance on harassment of any kind.
Track-trace-audit reporting gives customers full visibility of every dispatch — quantity, quality and provenance.
These policies apply to every director, employee, contractor and partner acting on behalf of Enviro Enablers India Pvt. Ltd.
We prohibit the offering, solicitation or acceptance of bribes in any form — including gifts, favours or monetary incentives — to influence decision-making. Employees must comply with applicable anti-bribery law, including India’s Prevention of Corruption Act. We take a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and conduct every business relationship with professionalism, fairness and integrity.
Our plants and sourcing units operate under the applicable environmental framework — including the Plastic Waste Management Rules and extended-producer-responsibility obligations, Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules, and state pollution-control consents — alongside labour, GST and company-law compliance. We maintain valid registrations and file returns on time, and treat regulatory approval as a licence to operate that must be earned daily.
Safety is non-negotiable in waste handling and fuel processing. We enforce site safety rules, PPE discipline, machine-safety protocols and fuel-quality testing so that what we deliver is safe for our people, our transporters and customer plants. We set clear HSE objectives, investigate every incident, and share lessons across sites.
Anyone — employee, supplier, transporter or customer — can raise a genuine concern about misconduct, malpractice or non-compliance without fear of retaliation. Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed independently. Retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith is itself a serious violation.
Customer contracts, weighbridge records, test certificates and commercial terms are confidential. We protect business data with access controls and share information only on a need-to-know basis. Personal data is handled lawfully and minimised to what our operations genuinely require.
We source post-consumer and post-industrial plastic only from authorised, verifiable waste streams, and agri-residue from farmers and aggregators on fair commercial terms. Our vendors and transporters are expected to meet our standards on legality, child-labour prohibition, safety and documentation. A feedstock’s origin must always be explainable.
We are an equal-opportunity employer. Hiring, pay and promotion are based on merit. We prohibit child labour, forced labour and discrimination, and maintain a POSH-compliant process for addressing harassment. Every employee is trained on these commitments when they join and every year thereafter.
Our ‘track-trace-audit’ reporting gives customers verified data on quantity, calorific value and provenance for every delivery. The board reviews compliance, HSE performance and material risks on a regular basis, and our auditors have full access. We report our environmental impact — waste diverted and emissions avoided — in numbers that can be checked.
If you believe our standards are not being met, tell us. You can raise a concern through the contact form on our homepage or reach our leadership directly — confidentiality is respected and retaliation is never tolerated.
